Paige's teaching approach is both directive and compassionate. Her classes are instructional, supportive and interactive. She incorporates anatomy and kinesiology into her own pratice and that of her students. Her focus will be placed on alignment in an effort to create stability, strength and flexibility in the poses. Her interest is in helping others to understand the mechanics of the poses, exploring one's bias and imbalances, to encourage a deeper understanding of a balanced yoga practice. Her complimentary studies of the functions of the body and that of traditional yoga allow her to make this art of movement accessible to everyone.
